The Startup Ally connects founders, entrepreneurs, startups, and mentors. Services may include:

• Mentor and founder introductions via email list distribution

No guarantees are made regarding funding, mentorship availability, or business outcomes.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting forms or joining lists
   
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
   
• Refrain from abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct

Emails submitted through The Startup Ally may be shared with participating mentors or startups. By submitting information, you consent to such distribution. The Startup Ally is not responsible for the outcome of independent communications between users.

All site content (text, graphics, branding) is owned by The Startup Ally unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written permission.

The Startup Ally provides introductions and information only. We are not responsible for business decisions, investments, contracts, or outcomes resulting from use of the site. All decisions are your own.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
